TRAVEL EDUCATION CENTER (ECO-EDUTOURISM) TROPICAL FOREST MANAGEMENT, SUNGAI MENYALA AMENITY FOREST, PORT DICKSON NEGERI SEMBILAN DARUL KHUSUS
Sungai Menyala Amenity Forest in Negeri Sembilan has an area of 204 hectares and is situated at a height of 20-40 metres above sea level. This geographic structure shows the forest is Lowland Dipterocarp Forest and also the lowland Dipterocarp forest, the widest and largest in the Tropical region. In addition, almost 15% of the total actual Sungai Menyala Amenity Forest a swampy area. This has proved that the Sungai Menyala Amenity Forest rich in biodiversity of flora and fauna diversity. Sungai Menyala Amenity Forest is also one virgin forests that still exist in Peninsular Malaysia.
Is quite strategically 29 km from Seremban town centre, 4 km from Sungai Linggi, Sungkala, Port Dickson, 12 km from Port Dickson town, 70 km from Kuala Lumpur and 40 km from KLIA.
Development Concept:
Overall, the concept of planned development and design in the center of this is based on the combination of natural elements, the elements of history, the value of education and conservation. According to the results of survey and secondary information is obtained, the development concept for the area was more focused on tropical forest management learning.
Therefore, the basic concept that suits the area was Forest for Education and Conservation. To apply this concept, the Sungai Menyala Amenity Forest was divided into 3 zones, namely the administrative zone, learning zone and zone research. Each zone have plans of activities and different level of development but have relevance to each other.

Visitors can take their own vehicles or taxis and buses from the nearest town which is Port Dickson or Seremban
